We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals and Personal Assistants to join our dynamic team in Russell, Kansas! Wages starting at $14/ hr and exceeding $17.40/ hr, with increases based on experience and education!

As a team member, you will:

> Provide assistance with activities such as meals and transportation.
> Maintain a respectful environment and advocate for the rights and preferences of individuals served.

> High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
> A valid driver's license and a passion for making a difference.
> Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required — we’re willing to train!
