Your Main Duties

• Ensuring the safety of guests in and around the swimming areas
• Providing excellent customer assistance — guiding guests, answering questions, and offering support
• Maintaining cleanliness and order around the pool and relaxation areas
• Assisting with guest needs, including equipment distribution and basic support
• Reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the management team
• Supporting smooth daily operations with a friendly, responsible attitude

What You Need

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety
• Ability to stay alert and react quickly in emergencies
• Basic swimming and lifeguard skills (official certification is a plus)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on guest experience
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety standards
