Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns, to identify their insurance needs.
  • Present and explain various life and health insurance policies clearly, highlighting benefits and coverage options tailored to individual client situations.
  • Negotiate policy terms with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction while aligning with company guidelines.
  • Manage sales administration tasks efficiently, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Conduct analysis of client needs using assessment skills to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet their financial goals.
  • Communicate complex policy details effectively across diverse audiences, including bilingual or multilingual clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through various channels, increasing outreach and customer engagement.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by addressing questions promptly, explaining benefits administration procedures, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for sensitive health information.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals confidently.
  • Familiarity with insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and customer service best practices.
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales administration tools and analysis skills to evaluate market trends and client needs accurately.
  • Experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies that drive customer engagement is a plus.

Pay: $58,240.00 - $95,000.00 per year
