While a Life & Health Insurance License is not required at the time of application, it must be obtained shortly after hire, and we will support you through the licensing process.

This position serves as a Life & Health Insurance Agent, Group Liaison, and Claims Specialist, playing a vital role in connecting clients with tailored insurance solutions while delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with employer groups and individual clients, assisting with benefit elections, supporting the claims process, and ensuring a smooth overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Sell life and health insurance products to individuals and employer groups
• Develop leads and build strong, lasting client relationships
• Customize insurance programs to meet client-specific needs
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs
• Serve as a liaison for employer groups and assist employees during benefit elections
• Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and policy information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Previous experience in sales, office administration, retail, or customer service preferred
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards (or willingness to learn)
• Must be willing and able to obtain an Arkansas Life & Health Insurance License after hire

Pay: $33,280.00 - $45,000.00 per year
