<Duties>

  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events, to promote life insurance products.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
  • Negotiate policy terms and coverage options effectively, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and following up on policy inquiries.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your client base across diverse markets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on product offerings, industry regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and market trends.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales administration processes and marketing techniques to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and customer service principles.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences while maintaining professionalism.
  • Prior experience or understanding of HIPAA regulations related to sensitive client information is a plus.
