Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to discuss financial protection and retirement options
• Educate clients on life insurance and retirement strategies
• Generate and follow up with leads
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Attend team trainings and development meetings

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Coachable mindset
• Professional communication skills
• Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
• Must be willing to learn the retirement planning industry

Licensing Information

No license? No problem. CGS Financial will guide you through the licensing process. Candidates are responsible for completing the required state licensing to operate in the life insurance and retirement industry. All licensing and startup costs are covered by the company for qualified candidates.

Compensation

Performance-based compensation with uncapped commissions. Income potential is based on effort, production, and leadership growth.
