The Marketing Director is a leadership role responsible for building and developing a team of financial professionals while serving families with life insurance solutions. This position is designed for individuals who want to create impact, increase income, and build long-term legacy through leadership.

Key Responsibities

• Recruit, train, and mentor new life insurance agents
• Conduct financial needs analysis and present customized protection strategies
• Develop marketing and lead-generation strategies
• Host business overview presentations and training sessions
• Support team members in improving production and closing ratios
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Coachable and goal-oriented

Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)

• Sales or leadership experience preferred but not required
