Who We Are

We are a rapidly growing financial marketing organization specializing in the distribution of:

Our mission is to provide financial education and protection strategies that help families build long-term security and peace of mind.
We provide full training, mentorship, and step-by-step guidance through state licensing.

Duties

  • Meet with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs
  • Educate clients on life insurance and retirement strategies
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships
  • Complete state licensing (with full support from our team)
  • Grow into leadership and mentorship roles as you advance
  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct thorough financial lifestyle strategy sessions to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products based on their needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and following up on leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the process
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Coachable and driven
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
  • Must be 18+
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Open to personal development and leadership training
  • Candidates with bilingual skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be open to investing up to $199 to start your business. (This covers access to our companies platform and systems.)

Compensation

  • 1099 position
  • First-year potential: $50,000 – $100,000+ (uncapped)
  • Top agents earn multiple six figures annually
  • Monthly earning potential: $5,000 – $20,000+
