Join our dynamic team as an Un-licensed Independent Insurance Agent Trainee working remotely on a 1099 independent contractor basis!

This is a commission based career with a multi-income stream structure.

We get paid 9 different ways including 45% commission to start going up to 85%.

We pay for 85% of your course curriculum costing 35$ out of pocket. 125$ agency entry fee And license costs. 750$ reimbursement or refund can be applied within 10 days if you chicken out.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound telemarketing and outreach efforts to generate leads and connect with prospective clients
• Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Build rapport with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Support sales administration tasks such as maintaining client records, processing applications, and following up on inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and product knowledge
• Prepare for licensing exams by studying relevant insurance regulations and product details

Experience

• Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing or customer service preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
• Basic analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor insurance options accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to handle sales administration tasks accurately and efficiently
• Eagerness to learn about HIPAA regulations related to health insurance products is beneficial
