We're an African-led insurance agency, and we're looking for our next apprentice — someone who is coachable, driven, and ready to learn the life insurance business from the ground up alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your success.


This is not a sink-or-swim opportunity. The apprentice role is built around mentorship. You'll shadow, learn, practice, and develop under the guidance of agents who have already built what you're working toward. The knowledge, the habits, and the skills that produce real results get passed down directly — you just have to show up ready to receive them.


No prior experience required. No license needed to apply. What matters most is your attitude, your work ethic, and your willingness to be coached. We'll walk you through the licensing process, teach you how to connect with clients, and show you how to have conversations that help families make some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.


This is a commission-based opportunity. The income you build is a direct reflection of the effort and focus you bring. Apprentices who commit to the process and apply what they learn position themselves to grow into full-producing agents with serious earning potential.


First-year earning potential when goals are met: $80,000–$180,000+

Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Shadow experienced agents to learn the ins and outs of life insurance sales.
  • Engage in regular mentorship sessions to refine your skills and strategies.
  • Participate actively in training programs designed to enhance your industry knowledge.
  • Assist in developing personalized insurance plans that meet clients' unique needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative sales techniques.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
