What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful connections with clients in person, over the phone, or through virtual meetings
• Understand each family’s needs and match them with life insurance solutions that truly fit
• Simplify complex terms like “whole life” and “term coverage” so clients feel empowered, not overwhelmed
• Guide clients from quote to coverage with care and accuracy
• Use our CRM to stay organized, track your pipeline, and manage follow-ups

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
• Self-motivation and curiosity — you’re someone who learns fast and never settles
• A people-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others
• No life insurance license yet? No problem — we’ll sponsor you and provide full training to get you licensed and ready
• Comfortable using technology such as Zoom and CRM platforms
