No experience. No license. No problem. This is a structured trainee role designed specifically for people who are new to insurance but serious about building a career with real long-term income potential. You'll learn the industry from the inside, work alongside experienced agents and leadership, and develop the skills that turn beginners into top performers.


From day one, you'll be learning how to connect with clients, explain life insurance in a way that's clear and compelling, and help families protect what matters most to them. As your skills grow, so does your income — this is a commission-based role where your effort and your results determine how fast you advance and how much you earn.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $80,000–$100,000+

Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their life insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and develop your sales techniques.
  • Participate in structured training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of life insurance products.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to educate clients on the benefits of life insurance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, contributing to the agency's growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to engage with potential clients and understand their unique life insurance needs.
  • Experience in collaborating effectively with team members to learn and apply best practices.
  • Proven track record of participating in training sessions and applying new knowledge to real-world scenarios.
  • Ability to assist in preparing and delivering compelling presentations to educate clients.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring follow-up for satisfaction.
  • Ability to work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to collective growth.
