Life Support Instructor (BLS, ACLS & PALS)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BLS, ACLS & PALS Instructor to join our healthcare training institute in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching, clinically competent, and certified to deliver international life support courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver BLS, ACLS, and PALS training according to international guidelines
• Conduct theoretical and practical sessions with hands-on skill demonstrations
• Assess participants through skills testing and written evaluations
• Ensure AHA / international compliance with course standards
• Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation
• Prepare training equipment, mannequins, and course materials
• Support internal audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements
• Provide professional guidance and mentoring to healthcare professionals
• Coordinate with admin team for class schedules and course delivery

Requirements:

• Valid BLS, ACLS & PALS Instructor certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Healthcare background (Nurse, Paramedic, Physician, RT, or allied health)
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Prior teaching or instructor experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct training in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Professional appearance and ethical conduct
• DHA / MOH / HAAD license is an added advantage (not mandatory for instructor role)
