Job Description:

The AI Lifecycle Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products and solutions within the CoE, from ideation through launch

and post-launch optimization. This role ensures that AI use cases are effectively evaluated, prioritized, productized, and monetized, with a strong

focus on delivering measurable business value.

The Lifecycle Lead drives structured frameworks for assessing and retiring AI use cases, supports agile delivery, and collaborates across functions to

align AI roadmaps with market needs and strategic goals. The role also leads efforts in ROI tracking and monetization strategy to ensure sustainable

value realization from AI investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI products, from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and apply structured frameworks for use case evaluation, prioritization, and retirement.
  • Drive productization of AI solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, business, and operations teams.
  • Support agile delivery of AI initiatives and ensure timely execution.
  • Track ROI and lead monetization strategies for AI use cases.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and optimize AI products for sustained impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, AI lifecycle management, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Proven experience in agile delivery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in value realization, ROI tracking, and monetization strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools and lifecycle frameworks.
