Lifestyle Manager

·        Develop and manage ROAYA Lifestyle policies, processes, procedures and systems, ensuring that all internal functions are aware of the program business value.

·        Manage all marketing and promotion activities of ROAYA lifestyle based on annual marketing plans.

·        Develop activation plans for properties already operated or still under development upon request in coordination with Business Development and ensuring effective execution for all plans on ground.

·        Develop and manage loyalty programs for new business opportunities and ensuring proper implementation.

·        Generate new business leads by approaching potential business and promoting ROAYA Lifestyle initiatives.

·        Prepare initiatives presentations for new business in coordination with Branding for creative work while providing informative briefing.

·        Manage all related activities for projects events and activations onsite while ensuring budgetary spending according to approved action plans

·        Manage all media channels for projects styled by ROAYA Lifestyle when applicable in coordination with communication for plans and content.

·        Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns for the program, and assess ROI and KPIs
