Role Overview

The Lifestyle Venue Manager will oversee all aspects of Toro Toro’s operations, ensuring seamless service, brand consistency, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of Latin American culinary culture, luxury hospitality standards, and lifestyle-driven guest engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through strategic initiatives, events, and upselling opportunities.

• Marketing & Events: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute lifestyle events, influencer partnerships, and social media activations that enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills
