Lift Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lift Maintenance Technician to handle elevator breakdown calls, troubleshoot issues, perform quick repairs, and ensure smooth functioning of elevators at client sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown / call-back complaints promptly at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical & mechanical faults in elevators.
• Check safety circuits, wiring, door mechanisms, brake adjustments & leveling.
• Ensure minimum downtime and restore lift operations quickly.
• Perform minor adjustments to control panels, ARD, VVVF drives, and sensors.
• Report major issues requiring overhaul or part replacement to seniors.
• Maintain call logs, service reports, and feedback records.
• Provide customer support with clear communication and professionalism.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical)
• Knowledge of MR, MRL, Goods & Hospital lift systems
• Control panel understanding (ARD, VVVF, Cop, Lop circuits)
• Quick problem solving and decision-making
• Customer handling & communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure during breakdowns

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in elevator service / maintenance
• Willing to travel to multiple sites
• Good documentation & reporting skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
