Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance & Servicing
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Identify worn-out parts and recommend replacements.
- Ensure all units operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
2. Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose and fix breakdowns, malfunctions, and emergency faults.
- Respond to service calls promptly.
- Replace defective components (motors, relays, wiring, sensors, doors, etc.).
- Test and verify proper functioning after repairs.
3. Installation Support
- Assist in installation of new elevators (if required).
- Support modernization and upgrade projects.
- Follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation procedures.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety guidelines, local codes, and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with elevator safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and safe work environments.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Complete service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.
- Update records for each site visit.
- Communicate issues and solutions to the service manager.
6. Customer Support
- Provide professional and polite service to customers.
- Explain maintenance findings and repair needs.
- Coordinate with customers for scheduling and follow-up service.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–5+ years experience in elevator service/maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of elevator components, electrical systems, and safety codes.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
