Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lift Technician with minimum 1 year of experience in lift installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of elevators and lift systems while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out lift and elevator installation works as per drawings and technical standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of lift systems
• Diagnose faults and assist in repairs of mechanical and electrical lift components
• Respond to breakdown calls and attend emergency maintenance when required
• Ensure lifts are operating safely and efficiently after maintenance works
• Inspect lift systems and report defects or required spare parts
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
• Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately
• Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lift installation and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common lift issues
• Familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment
• Physically fit and able to work on site
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills preferred

Preferred

• Technical certification in elevator / electrical / mechanical field is a plus
