Job Description

We are urgently seeking a LEEA Certified Lifting Appointed Person to oversee and coordinate lifting operations on site. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, accessories, and procedures in compliance with UAE safety regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting activities on site.
• Ensure all lifting equipment and accessories are inspected and certified.
• Prepare and approve lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with site management, crane operators, riggers, and safety teams.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE guidelines during lifting operations.
• Report and document all lifting activities, incidents, or near misses.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Valid LEEA Certification.
• Proven experience as an Appointed Person for lifting operations.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE construction industry and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
