Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Lifting Appointed Person to oversee, coordinate, and approve lifting operations at our project site. The ideal candidate must be LEEA certified and experienced in preparing lifting plans, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising all lifting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and authorize all lifting operations in accordance with safety standards.
• Prepare and review Lift Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
• Ensure all lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and fit for use.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams to execute safe lifting activities.
• Monitor lifting operations and enforce compliance with regulations and HSE guidelines.
• Communicate with project managers and safety teams regarding lifting requirements and hazards.
• Maintain documentation and daily reports related to lifting operations.

Requirements

• LEEA Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years experience in lifting operations or heavy lifting supervision.
• Strong knowledge of cranes, rigging techniques, and lifting equipment.
• Ability to prepare detailed lift plans and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe lifting procedures.
• Locally available candidates in Qatar with valid QID (Freelancer Required)
