LIFTING/ RIGGING ENGINEER (valid LEEA)

Minimum Requirement for Rigging Engineer

· Should have Mechanical Postgraduate Engineering Degree or Equivalent.

· Should be a qualified chartered Engineer (Degree Holder) and certified by LEEA.

· Should have 10 years’ experience in Rigging/Lifting Equipment in the Mega oil & gas projects (QE brown field) construction/heavy industry. Experience certificates Must.

· Strong knowledge of QatarEnergy standards/codes and RLIC regulations and guidelines.

· Should have relevant experience in review and approval of critical Lifts in oil & gas industry.

· Competent with international lifting equipment and standards and codes for performing inspection and certification.

· Should have strong administrative and supervisory skills to schedule, monitor and control the lifting equipment and lifting/Rigging operations.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar, lifting analysis tools preferred.

· Should have valid LEEA and TPCA (valid TUV SUD)

· Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).

· Should be locally available in Qatar.

· Work Location : Ras Laffan, Qatar
