Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee lifting operations and ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently according to project and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all lifting activities on site
• Ensure safe operation of cranes, lifting equipment, and rigging activities
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Inspect lifting gear and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare lifting plans and monitor lifting operations
• Report and resolve any safety or operational issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor
• Valid lifting supervisor certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety procedures
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate activities effectively
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
