We are currently seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Position Summary

As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
• Complete service calls and work orders efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Service light commercial HVAC systems up to 25 tons
• Work on refrigeration systems and ice machines
• Assist team members as needed
• Prioritize and manage daily schedules effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable field experience
• Experience with light commercial HVAC systems (up to 25 tons)
• Refrigeration and ice machine experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
