Light Duty Rollback Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Light Duty Rollback Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing, transporting, and loading vehicles while providing excellent customer service. Drivers must operate equipment safely, maintain accurate paperwork, and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a light-duty rollback tow truck to transport vehicles between locations, including repair shops, impound yards, and customer sites
• Load and unload vehicles using flatbed equipment with precision and care, ensuring vehicle safety during transit
• Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to identify vehicle issues before transport
• Maintain accurate logs of all vehicle movements, deliveries, and pickups in compliance with company policies
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently
• Assist with automotive repair tasks or mechanical troubleshooting as needed, leveraging mechanic experience and automotive knowledge
• Manage conflict situations professionally when addressing customer concerns or resolving operational issues

Qualifications

• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Background Check
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Previous towing or rollback experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to safely operate towing equipment and secure vehicles properly
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Pay: $700.00 - $750.00 per week
