Job Title: Delivery Driver

Location: Sanford Middle East DWC – Dubai South
Department: Logistics / Distribution
Reports to: Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse In-Charge

Job Purpose

To ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers and outlets across the UAE, while maintaining company standards in customer service, documentation, and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Operations

• Deliver products to customers, retailers, and outlets as per the daily delivery schedule.
• Load and unload goods safely and accurately.
• Obtain customer signatures and ensure proper documentation for all deliveries.

2. Vehicle Maintenance

• Ensure the delivery vehicle is always clean, maintained, and in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and return documents.
• Update the supervisor on completed deliveries, pending tasks, or delays.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all UAE traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Ensure goods are handled carefully to avoid damage during transportation.

5. Customer Service

• Maintain a professional and polite attitude with customers.
• Address basic queries and escalate concerns to the sales or logistics team when required.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of delivery or driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE routes and locations.

Skills & Licenses

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi or Malayalam added advantage).
• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks.
