Driver – HORECA Division

Job Description

Position Overview:

The Driver in the HORECA division is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other key clients. This role ensures accurate order handling, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies while representing the organization professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:1. Delivery & Logistics

• Deliver food and non-food items to HORECA clients as per scheduled routes.
• Ensure all products are handled safely, maintained at required temperatures (for chilled/frozen items), and delivered in good condition.
• Load and unload goods following proper safety standards.
• Verify delivery notes, invoices, and customer acknowledgments.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and company driving policies.

3. Customer Service

• Provide polite and professional service to HORECA clients.
• Address minor customer concerns during delivery and report major issues to the Sales/Operations team.
• Uphold a positive company image during all client interactions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure proper submission of signed documents.
• Handle cash or cheque collections when required and submit securely as per SOP.
• Ensure documentation accuracy to avoid discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in HORECA or FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of UAE routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry goods (up to 20–25 kg).
• Basic reading and writing skills for handling invoices and delivery notes.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 2500+ Accommodation+ Transportation. Other Benefits as per UAE labor law.
