Light Vehicle Driver

· Checking daily invoices against physical items

· Loading your daily delvieries into our temperature controlled trucks

· Ensuring to deliveries route is matching the daily schedule

· Collecting signatures from client receiving officers upon deliveries

· Maintain the safe and sanitary condition of the vehicle

· To maintain the temperature controlled functionality of the vehicle

· Ensure all petty cash given, is accountable with supplier invoices/receipts

· Ensure all HACPP / ISO paperwork’s are completed

· Recording mileage and fuel purchases

· Ensure the vehicle is fit for the road by undertaking and logging routine checks of lights, tires, oil, water, etc., reporting any defects, to maintain the safety of driver and the goods.

· Returning undelivered items to the warehouse and preparing the sales return accordingly.

· When no driving works, to join the warehouse team and pitch in – being a team player and helping all round is essential
