Light Vehicle Driver

JOB PURPOSE
Drive and move customer vehicles & demo-fleet vehicles in accordance to assigned schedules and required manner. Drive between showrooms, reception, workshop or drop customers while adhering to all safely and traffic regulations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities
Showroom Operations: Ensure that vehicles are in the correct mix and are in their best shape, and in line with display procedures. Maintain the demo fleet in good hygienic condition, in addition to excellent driving condition and ensure no flat spots and minimum half tank of fuel.
Service Operations: Communicate with the service reception to drive customer vehicles based on the request. Coordinate with Service Advisor team to assist in moving customer vehicles towards active reception bay and to/from outside parking area.
Administration Support: Handle all requests from service advising team by maintain a log on parking and RFID tagging of vehicles
Safety: Abide traffic rules and regulations as per UAE traffic law. Follow the health & safety regulations and company code of conduct policy.
Job Specific Information

• Driver at showroom will coordinate with the Showroom team handling the responsibility of maintaining hygiene standards in the cars while driving the customer cars across Showroom, reception and workshop bay area. Whereas service team driver to perform all driving related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES
Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses)

• Secondary School Education Certificate.
• UAE light vehicle Driving License (Manual)

Experience

• 3 years of minimum experience as Light vehicle driver.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
