Light Vehicle Driver

A Light Vehicle Driver is responsible for safely transporting people, goods, or documents using cars, vans, or other light vehicles. The driver must follow traffic laws, maintain the vehicle in good condition, and ensure timely delivery or pickup.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, office documents or goods to designated locations.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights).
• Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documents.
• Report any accidents, damages, or vehicle issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic rules.
• Ability to use GPS navigation systems.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Familiarity with city routes and locations.
