About the Role

Neo Delivery Services is hiring professional Chauffeurs for multiple driving opportunities across Dubai. We are looking for well-groomed, customer-focused drivers who can provide exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Successful candidates may be assigned to one of the following categories based on their qualifications and interview performance:

1. Black Executive Chauffeur

• Fixed Salary: AED 3,090 – AED 4,700
• Visa provided by the company
• Professional chauffeur services for premium clients

2. Black Elite Chauffeur

• Fixed Salary: AED 5,500 – AED 6,100
• Visa provided by the company
• Premium luxury chauffeur services
• Higher service standards and customer experience expectations

3. Pick & Drop Chauffeur

• Average Monthly Earnings: AED 6,000 – AED 9,000
• Paid per completed trip
• Flexible working opportunities
• Drivers must have their own visa and vehicle

Requirements

• Age 25 years or above (21+ for Pick & Drop Chauffeurs)
• Minimum 3 years UAE driving experience
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Good communication skills in English
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
• Customer service oriented
• Luxury vehicle experience is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chauffeur, Valet Driver, Limousine Driver, or Executive Driver
• Experience driving luxury vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, or similar brands
• Familiarity with navigation applications and Dubai road networks
