Light Vehicle Driver (DELIVERY)

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Operations

* Deliver foodstuff products to customers on assigned routes

* Ensure all deliveries are completed on time

* Follow delivery schedules and route plans

2. Loading & Handling

* Load and unload goods carefully to avoid damage

* Ensure correct items and quantities are loaded before departure

* Handle perishable items properly (temperature-sensitive goods, if applicable)

3. Vehicle Management

* Drive safely and follow UAE traffic laws

* Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition

* Perform basic daily checks (fuel, tires, oil, refrigeration if applicable)

* Report any mechanical issues immediately

4. Documentation & Cash Handling

* Obtain customer signatures/stamps on delivery notes

* Handle invoices, delivery notes, and receipts accurately

* Collect cash or payments (if required) and submit without discrepancies

5. Customer Service

* Maintain a professional and polite attitude with customers

* Address basic customer queries during delivery

* Report customer feedback or complaints to the sales/team

6. Compliance & Hygiene

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards

* Ensure proper storage conditions during transport

* Comply with UAE regulations for food transportation
