Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily workflow, including receiving vehicles, creating work orders, and updating progress.
• Technical Supervision: Diagnose complex electrical/mechanical issues, assist technicians, and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections and road tests to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
• Resource Coordination: Manage parts inventory, process purchase requisitions, and ensure tools are maintained.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of technicians.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in a supervisory role within an automotive dealership or reputable garage.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of light vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, diagnostic tools).
• Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and IT proficiency for handling service software.
