Lighting Design Business Development Lead

Role Description


📍 Location: Based in Dubai

✈️ Travel: Required for client meetings


  • Identify and research potential clients and projects in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and demonstrations to showcase the company's design expertise and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies to promote lighting design services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new leads.
  • Reach out to interior designers, architects, and consultants.
  • Introduce MASQ’s design philosophy and portfolio.
  • Generate new leads and secure lighting design projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Represent MASQ in meetings and industry events.



Qualifications


  • Background in lighting design/architecture/interior design.
  • Experience in the lighting industry is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, articulate, and relationship-driven.
  • Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
