ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quotations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical point of contact for customers and sales agents, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive quotations that directly support revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process inbound quote requests promptly and accurately, ensuring competitive and margin-conscious pricing.
• Follow up on open and pending quotes to drive conversion and close opportunities.
• Respond to product-related inquiries from customers, sales agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the outside and inside sales team to support territory growth and pipeline activity.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to clarify specifications or custom requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve quoting processes, turnaround times, and win rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, quotations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open quotes simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to learn and navigate product catalogs, pricing tools, and CRM/ERP systems.

Preferred:

• Experience in lighting, electrical, or building products industries.
• Familiarity with B2B sales environments and working with independent sales representatives/agents.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

LED Linear USA offers a competitive total compensation package designed to attract and reward top talent:

• Base Salary: Competive – based on experience.
• Eligible to participate in Health, Dental, and 401(k) Plan with company matching.
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for up to 12.5% of annual base salary based on individual and company performance. Pro-rated in the first year.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks (years 1–4), 3 weeks (years 5–9), 4 weeks (year 10+).
• Paid Personal/Family Medical Leave: 5 days per year.

Note: Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
