Lighting Technical Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to supervise lighting installation works.
• Review lighting layouts, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Perform lux level calculations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Monitor installation quality and provide technical guidance to site teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Prepare site reports and update management on project progress.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of lighting and control systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of UAE experience in lighting/site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of LED lighting systems and lighting control solutions.
• Proficiency in DIALux and AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).
• Good understanding of UAE electrical standards and authority approvals.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
