Limited Weekends - Pharmacy Technician - Order Entry

Morton LTC is a family owned and operated long term care pharmacy serving over 4000 patients in the greater Fox Valley. We are currently seeking a full time pharmacy technician to be part of our order entry department. This position has many priority responsibilities to ensure the timely and accurate management of incoming documents. Technicians support processing scripts, managing internal document control, and communicate with prescribers, facilities, and patients. Applicants must be comfortable working with technology, and proficiency with Microsoft programs is ideal.

Qualifications & Schedule

We are seeking friendly, team-oriented individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
• Shifts rotate within the pharmacy's operating hours of 6:00a to 8:00p.
• Weekend shifts are scheduled as needed.
• Holiday coverage is on an on-call basis, with each department team member potentially assigned to cover one holiday per calendar year.
