Limousine Dispatch Sales Executive-Inbound

Overview:
Nashville Chauffeur is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Limousine Dispatch Sales Executive to serve as the front-line representative for our luxury transportation services across the US. This role is ideal for someone with a sales-driven mindset, excellent English verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients while managing dispatch logistics seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, delivering a first-class customer experience and converting inquiries into bookings.
• Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, and chat to understand their transportation needs and present tailored limousine service solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue per booking.
• Coordinate limousine dispatches ensuring timely, professional, and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain clear and constant communication with drivers and clients throughout the service lifecycle.
• Address service inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage expectations with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
• Use CRM and dispatch software to manage bookings, track client interactions, and ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes & improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or dispatch/logistics, preferably in transportation or hospitality industries.
• Exceptional verbal English communication skills – must be fluent, confident, and persuasive over the phone.
• Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple bookings and client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM tools, dispatch platforms, and general office software.
• Knowledge of US geography and transportation routes is an advantage.
