Limousine Dispatcher & Reservation coordinator - USA

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Limousine Transportation Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting clients with their limousine transportation needs. The ideal candidate will have very strong English communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding limousine services, availability, rates, and reservations.

* Assist customers in booking transportation services, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.

* Provide customers with information on routes, vehicle options, and special requests.

* Manage and update customer reservations using our internal booking system.

* Resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner

* Coordinate with drivers and the dispatch team to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

Skills:
