Job Summary

Doo Me Luxury Motor Transport L.L.C is seeking professional and responsible Ride-Hailing Drivers to join our growing operations in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation services through approved ride-hailing platforms while maintaining excellent customer service standards and full compliance with UAE transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services to passengers
• Operate company-assigned vehicles in compliance with RTA regulations and company policies
• Accept and complete trips through approved ride-hailing platforms (e.g., Uber, Yango, Bolt, etc.)
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure a positive passenger experience
• Follow assigned routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness at all times
• Report vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately to operations management
• Comply with platform guidelines, traffic laws, and company operational procedures
• Maintain accurate trip records and follow daily deployment schedules

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle – minimum required category)
• Valid RTA Driver Permit for ride-hailing (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Minimum secondary education preferred
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation systems
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Customer-focused attitude with professional conduct
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and medically cleared to drive

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a ride-hailing, taxi, limousine, or delivery driver
• Familiarity with ride-hailing mobile applications
• Strong time management and route planning skills
• Calm and professional approach when handling customers
