Responsibilities

• Safely operate a range of vehicles including limo buses, motor coaches, shuttle buses, and school or paratransit vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle mechanical integrity, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and passengers using effective verbal skills in English to coordinate routes and respond to inquiries
• Follow scheduled routes or on-demand requests efficiently while ensuring passenger safety at all times
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability
• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities in compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating bus types such as limousine-style buses, motor coaches, or shuttle vehicles
• Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles with a focus on passenger transportation or similar fields like school bus driving or paratransit services
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems for basic troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and passenger transport
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as assisting passengers and conducting vehicle inspections
• Prior experience with bus driving, limousine services, or motor coach operations is highly desirable

Pay: $26.00 per hour
