Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain cleanliness in client homes.
• Conduct commercial cleaning tasks when required, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Execute carpet cleaning and floor care duties to enhance the appearance of living spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs promptly.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and best practices in custodial work.
• Maintain an organized approach to cleaning schedules and responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
• A willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping management and sanitation practices.
