Job Summary:

Rudders Public House is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. As our current go-to cook prepares to move on, we’re looking for someone Chef Joe can rely on to help lead daily operations, maintain high standards, and deliver consistently great food to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to Rudders’ quality standards
  • Ensure station setup, cleanliness, and sanitation compliance
  • Lead kitchen operations when the Chef is not present
  • Uphold food safety and proper handling procedures
  • Work efficiently during high-volume service hours

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and station management
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude and leadership mindset
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Must be available nights and weekends
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
