Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and possess a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient meal preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and inventory management.
• Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or fine dining setting.
• Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and presentation.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food handling best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new techniques in the culinary field.
