Requirements:

· Knowledge of Kitchen Sanitation

· Serv Safe preferred

· Generate creative, nightly seasonal specials

· Schedule – Afternoon/Evenings, Holidays & Weekends

· 5+ years working experience in casual or fine dining

Job Description:

· Work alongside Head Chef to Generate creative, seasonal menus

· Assist with control of food costs and maintenance of inventory requirements

· Assist with training kitchen staff

· Assist with creation of exciting weekly specials

· Responsible for prep work of the kitchen

· Responsible for cooking & plating orders

· Responsible for cleanliness of entire kitchen & storage areas

· Monitor inventory, rotate stock

· Clean & maintain all equipment – Spring & Fall full kitchen maintenance

· Seasonal restaurant shut-down during spring & fall shoulder periods, 3+/- weeks each
