Cerveau is looking for a part time line cook to help round out our kitchen team! We're looking for an indvidual who is driven, a team worker, and willing to help with day to day operations in the kitchen.
Responsibilities

Assist with daily prep, service, and kitchen flow to ensure consistency and quality across all stations.

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and organizational standards.

Ensure timely communication with FOH staff regarding 86’d items, pacing, and special requests.

Maintain prep lists, closing checklists, and daily task sheets to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen.

Strong understanding of pasta, small plate service, and seasonal cooking.

Pizza-making knowledge or willingness to learn under Executive Chef
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
