• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to sanitation protocols at all times
• Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate meal preparation during service hours for efficient delivery
• Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize flavor and texture
• Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience working as a line cook or in a similar food industry role, preferably within fine dining or upscale restaurants
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food handling safety Experience
• Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide procedures is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Prior restaurant experience that highlights teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
