<ul><li>Full knowledge of the food menu items and origin of live seafood</li>
<li>Ensure the kitchen is properly set up and stocked</li>
<li>Prepare dishes in accordance with Smashin Crab recipes for the following stations: Fry, Boil, Grill, Saut&eacute; and Expo</li>
<li>Coordinate food preparation timing with other kitchen staff and stations</li>
<li>Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet all health and safety standards</li>
<li>Ensure all areas of the line are clean, stock inventory and supplies</li>
<li>Perform running side work, opening duties, and closing duties as required</li>
<li>Obtain and maintain Food Handlers Certification</li>
