The Line Cook is responsible for executing menu items with precision, speed, and consistency during service. This role plays a critical part in maintaining kitchen flow, quality standards, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team during service
  • Ensure ticket times are met while maintaining quality
  • Assist with prep work, portioning and station breakdown
  • Keep workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Follow directions from Management Team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Strong knife skills and cooking techniques
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
