Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Prep stations efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of ala carte orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and your station throughout your shift
• Support PDR events by preparing large quantities of food with precision
• Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, line cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques and meet time standards of a high volume professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures. Must have a food handlers.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with high energy throught the whole shift in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward serving others

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
